1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the FusionSolarAU application, you agree to be bound by these Service Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the service.

2. Use License

FusionSolarAU grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for monitoring and automating your Huawei FusionSolar plant.

• You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the application.
• You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and credentials.

3. Integration with Third-Party Services

FusionSolarAU integrates with Huawei SmartPVMS via the Northbound API. By using our service, you acknowledge that:

• You must have a valid Huawei FusionSolar account with API access enabled.
• FusionSolarAU is an independent application and is not affiliated with, authorized, or endorsed by Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd.
• Availability of data depends on the responsiveness and uptime of Huawei's systems.

4. Automation and Risks

Our "Smart Triggers" feature automates the operation of third-party devices based on solar data. You acknowledge that:

• Automation logic is executed based on the rules you configure.
• FusionSolarAU is not responsible for any damage to appliances or electrical systems resulting from automation actions.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that the devices you connect are safe for automated control.

5. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". FusionSolarAU makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall FusionSolarAU or its developers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these service conditions at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
