- Huawei FusionSolar Credentials: Required to authenticate with the Northbound API to fetch your solar plant data. These are stored securely.
- Device Data: Information about your solar plant generation, consumption, and battery status is processed in real-time to execute automation rules.
- Account Information: If you create an account, we store your email and authentication details via Firebase Auth.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal data to:
- Provide and maintain the Service.
- Authenticate with Huawei's SmartPVMS system on your behalf.
- Execute the automation rules you have configured (e.g., turning on a device when solar power > 5kW).
- Monitor the usage of the Service and detect technical issues.
3. Data Security
The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us. We use industry-standard encryption for storing API credentials and rely on secure cloud infrastructure (Google Firebase) for data persistence.
4. Third-Party Services
Our Service integrates with:
- Huawei SmartPVMS: To retrieve solar data.
- Google Firebase: For authentication and database hosting.
5. Account Deletion
You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data. You can do this by:
- Using the "Delete Account" option within the application settings.
- Submitting a request via our deletion request form.
